Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the major global causes death; Mycobacterium it. Approximately 10% patients with TB may develop extrapulmonary bone tuberculosis, spine being most affected, representing 1 to 2% all cases. Pott disease is a form TB, and recently it has shown significant resurgence in developed nations possibly impacted by migration. often misdiagnosed or sometimes diagnosed during its late stages, which can be associated devastating consequences patient. Brazil among top 20 countries high burden tuberculosis; however, published evidence still limited, particularly last two years COVID-19 pandemic. Under this context, we present clinical case 43 old female patient minimally invasive surgical approach decompress multi-loculated abscess thoracic spine.
